Coverage includes a 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty from the original in-service date, plus two additional years of non-powertrain coverage up to 100,000 miles. All covered repairs carry a zero-dollar deductible. Two complimentary oil changes within the first year or 12,000 miles are included, along with roadside assistance, trip interruption coverage, concierge service for the first 90 days, and a 3-day exchange policy.
HondaTrue Certified EV
For electric vehicles, this tier covers 2024 and newer models under 80,000 miles. The high voltage battery carries 8-year/100,000-mile coverage, and the program adds two additional years of limited warranty coverage up to 86,000 miles. Complimentary service includes four tire rotations and additional items. The same zero-dollar deductible, 3-day exchange policy, and roadside assistance apply.
HondaTrue Used
HondaTrue Used opens the program to 2016 and newer vehicles with no mileage limit. Powertrain and non-powertrain coverage run for 100 days or 5,000 miles from purchase. One complimentary oil change is included within the first year, along with roadside assistance and the 3-day exchange policy, all at a zero-dollar deductible.
